TITLE: Clinical Applications of Cell-free DNA Analysis


ABSTRACT: In this talk, origin of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) of human and the features will be introduced at first. Two clinical applications of the cfDNA sequencing analysis, liquid biopsy for cancer patient and prenatal diagnosis, will be reviewed. Lastly, Novel analysis methods for a fetal monogenic disease risk will be briefly explained.
