Title: Systems Biology for Synthetic Biology

¡¡

Abstract

Synthetic biology have drawn attention to researchers in a wide range of science and engineering as an enabling technology for overcoming the limitations of conventional biotechnology. Genetically engineered biological systems harboring designed genetic circuits are used to produce beneficial products such as bio based chemicals and to be applied for therapeutics by developing intelligent cells directly targeting cancer cells and killing them. In this talk, a brief introduction of Synthetic biology and its recent applications will be shown in the perspective of systems biology and biological data analysis.
