Title: Bio-medical Big Data Analysis Techniques and Related Researches

Abstract:

KISTI supports and conducts research in various fields that require large-scale computing through the operation of the National Supercomputing Center. In particular, we have been supporting and collaborating with domestic and international researchers for overwhelming amounts of genome data and various omics data analysis. In this presentation, I will introduce the national-level bio-data-based research environment that we are currently developing and present the results of bio-data-based research jointly conducted at KISTI, including genome research on Alzheimer's disease and autism spectrum disorders.
