Advances in Human Microbiome Research

Over the past decade, research on the human microbiome has gained considerable attention in both clinical and basic research fields, leading to the elucidation of its role in various diseases. I have been actively involved in human microbiome research since 2014. In this seminar, I will provide a basic introduction to the technological aspects of microbiome research, as well as share experiences of collaborating with various clinical research teams in microbiome-related research. Additionally, I will talk about current trends in microbiome research.
