Title :¡¡Application of Bioinformatics in Antibiotic Research

Abstract¡¡:¡¡There are many computational solutions to biological problems available in public domain. Some of the bioinformatics tools are very effective in genome research. Especially genome annotation, high throughput protein modeling, and in silico chemical genomics are important and will be explained briefly for genomic data processing. Then application of these techniques will be discussed with some examples including antibiotic targets, metabolic pathway, and drug resistance.
